    We are now looking for an experienced recruiter that knows his/her way with modern programming technologies, or at least knows the enormous difference between Java and JavaScript. If you have the basic knowledge and a solid network we are certainly interested in meeting you. If you’ve been working for a while now in IT recruitment, you must know what kind of skill set we are looking for. We are not going to bore you with small details or false promises. You already must know that IT Recruiment is a tough job and you need more than just a psychology degree to have results. We are aware of the challenges of the mission and don’t expect you to be a miracle maker or a skilled wizard that will solve the needs overnight. We are more into seeing effort, dedication, authonomy, new ideas, overall interest and passion for your mission, because we are certain that these things will also bring great results.

  • Requirements

    Good interaction and communication skills are needed in order establish a solid relationship with both candidates and clients;

    Solid networking and presentation skills are a strong must in order to attract candidates;  

    Basic knowledge of programming languages and technologies are needed in order to assess candidates;

    Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;

    Autonomous and result oriented;

    Self motivated, positive attitude and approach.
    Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and selection activities (IT Software)

    Other requirements

    Previous experience in sales or marketing would be an advantage

    University graduate (psychology, sociology, labour law) or technical (engineering, electronics, telecommunications)

    Responsabilities

    Work closely with the client and start recruitment projects according to the vacancy request;

    Constantly collaborate with the IT sourcer on finding new candidates and increase the talent pool;

    Create Job Descriptions and written offers;

    Writes and posts out of the box recruitment ads on external job sites and social; media channels, in order to increase awareness and high response rate;

    Complete and maintain the integrity of the database;

    Organize alongside the HR team different events such as jobs fairs; company presentation, internal technical events;

    Create awareness and employer branding campaigns on targeted employment channels and groups;

    Prepare and submit various periodical reports both internal and for the client.
