Solid networking and presentation skills are a strong must in order to attract candidates;
Basic knowledge of programming languages and technologies are needed in order to assess candidates;

Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and selection activities (IT Software)
Previous experience in sales or marketing would be an advantage
University graduate (psychology, sociology, labour law) or technical (engineering, electronics, telecommunications)
Work closely with the client and start recruitment projects according to the vacancy request;
Constantly collaborate with the IT sourcer on finding new candidates and increase the talent pool;
Create Job Descriptions and written offers;
Writes and posts out of the box recruitment ads on external job sites and social; media channels, in order to increase awareness and high response rate;
Complete and maintain the integrity of the database;
Organize alongside the HR team different events such as jobs fairs; company presentation, internal technical events;
Create awareness and employer branding campaigns on targeted employment channels and groups;
Prepare and submit various periodical reports both internal and for the client.
